What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-day money back guarantee. In the case of damage during shipment, we will immediately re-ship your order after photo proof of damage.

What are your shipping fees?

At Seaside Decor Boutique shipping is always free within the continental USA

Do you ship to Canada? Do you ship internationally?

We offer free shipping to Canada on many of our products. Check the Additional Information tab to see where a product will ship to. We are working on expanding our shipping, so please check back here in the future.

Can I track my order?

You will be emailed the tracking number for your order as soon as it ships

When will my order ship?

Each product is labeled with an estimated ship time. When viewing a product please see the “Additional Information” tab for this information. In general your order may take up to three business days to ship. We are a small operation and aim to do our best. If we can get it out quicker we will.  Please note that some of our products are custom made to order and may take up to two months to ship.
